Introductory to O2Jam

O2Jam is a musical simulation game that creates a gaming environment by simulating the piano. O2Jam was started by the O2Media, or O2Jam NX Team from Korea where their purpose is to create a musical game that pinpoints the accuracy of players, not to mention the reaction as well at the same time. By having a mixture of fast-paced reactions as well as the capability of jamming in continuous synchronization, players will find O2Jam to be an adrenaline extravaganza.

Although in most cases, the piano may have approximately 88 keys in total (not including strumming pedals) which carries about different octave and fugue that brings out a unique sound that differs from each keys, O2Jam only focuses on 7 keys. Sounds easy? Not really.

Instead of the ordinary slamming of great pieces by famous musicians/pianist such as Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Bach and etc., O2Jam introduces a new way of playing tunes. Instead of just hitting keys once to play that afore mentioned notes, they introduce the dragging note which combines two notes from two different time frame, but the O2Jammer has to hold down during the time in between.

O2Jam, in general not only have revamped or the default classical pieces such as Fűr Elise, Amadeus or even Kan Kan, there are more genre of music that has been placed with it. O2Jam offers players the variety of playing songs from Dance, Fusion, Hip-hop, Rock, Trance/Techno and even Ballads.

O2Jam started of as the first multiplayer online musical game (MPOMG) and till today still is one of the most hyped MPOMG out there.
